Delivery Information
Most gift redemptions can be delivered to addresses in the USA, including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Gifts are shipped postpaid directly to you. Gifts cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes. Some items are shipped directly from our vendors and/or by truck if noted in the product description. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of these items.
We will ship your gift FREE, directly to you. Most gifts arrive in approximately two weeks.
Returns and Exchanges
Redeemed points void orders for return and or exchange merchandise. Reward points on orders once claimed are considered final and non-returnable / non-refundable.
So How Are Points Earned?
Every item2 you buy earns you 1 Reward Point for every dollar spent. Reward points information is noted on each product listing. Earned points are being tracked and can only be viewed by accessing your account under 'My Account' link found on our website.
Logging-in to your account is required to redeem points.
